Can't get enough of Black Desert Online? Well, the game is coming to the mobile platform in 2018!

Like its PC counterpart, Black Desert Mobile will feature possibly the most in-depth character customization where you can literally create any avatar you desire. You can customize your character’s skin color, body shape, face type, eyes, nose, lips and more. This is something that's unheard of in a mobile MMO game.

The game will also feature 5 unique character classes, namely Warrior, Ranger, Giant, Witch, and Valkyrie. Each of them have their own unique combat effects and special abilities. You will be able to enjoy 7 battle modes, a world map consisting of 3 vast territories (Balenos, Serendia, and Calpheon) and various other RPG-related content such as gathering, mining, logging, crafting, fishing, and owning your very own territories.

Despite being a mobile game, Black Desert Mobile boasts of top-notch graphics that will blow every other MMO mobile game out of the water as well. The game also runs on its own specially-developed engine, allowing for maximum game optimization.

Will the game be free-to-play though? Well, this is something that no one knows yet, but I'm sure many would be ecstatic if it decided to take a page out of Lineage II: Revolution's book.

Pearl Abyss has started pre-registration to recruit testers for their game. Unfortunately, to pre-register, you will need to be in Korea. Hopefully though, the developers will eventually be opening up its Open Beta to the global gaming community.
